So, I believe people are upset about reading this mature BL omegaverse manwha and seeing the amount of dc/nc and demonizing the book when this is very common and often highlighted in both genres. Love is an illusion, and it feels that way with Dojin and Hyesung until the very end, in-between the sex, the extremely decorated cute moments, and everyone fawning over their baby. The main thing tying them together is the fact that Hye-sung seems to be Dojin's muse (find another source of inspiration! Attending a friend's party he would later contemplate this as a bad choice because Omegas were also invited to that party. Ultimately, this was still fun, and I appreciate the lack of instalove, as it leaves plenty of room for relationship growth.

This one has a lot of dub-con and the main characters don't even get to know each other or bond, despite starting to live together quite early in the story.

Such a disappointment because the art and character design is so good, but it’s like the author said hey let’s go with every single one of the worst BL cliches that aged the worst and are the least interesting, throw it all into one story, and then top it off with ending this volume on one of my least favorite plot points ever.

Kyungsoo is probably the nicest person in this manhwa, if a bit thickheaded and likens Alpha and Omega like animals, and Chowon by circumstance keeps coming back into his life so he tries, and falls in love. The solution for him is an Alpha-pheromone infused perfume, and Dojin comes across Hye-sung spraying himself with it in the restroom. This obviously does not appeal to everyone and I would never say to someone who doesn't like this content that they are wrong for not doing so. He appears genuinely shocked to learn that he is actually an Omega himself, believing otherwise since his test results when he was younger stated he was an Alpha.

After meeting a beautiful and feisty omega at the bar he works at, even-keeled beta Kyungsoo quickly falls head over heels for the man, and the two engage in a steamy affair. His world is flipped upside down when he learns that he isn’t a dominating alpha, but a submissive omega instead! And that’s saying a lot since I’ve been around the block in BL for years, the old, the new, the good, and the bad. Seriously, I've only read a few manhwas and this is mostly my starting days, but I've never seen such wholesome ones (speaking the same thing with omegaverse, honestly) Another great art style with a crappy storyline. That's what it's here for, but for how this webtoon is presented, as a fetish story, as a BL, and as a dramedy-- it leaves a deeply medicore impression for all three, even if there were aspects of it I enjoyed in the second couple and the framing of how Chowon had to deal with the consequences of his actions, and the beginnings of moving past that. Let's preface this with none of the main characters are good people right out of the gate, as much as the author wants to reduce the drama of what Dojin has done with hit-or-miss comedy and framing of the narrative. This is not a story that I would recommend to anyone venturing into BL or the “omegaverse” for the first time. His life as an alpha has been turned completely on its head thanks to meeting Dojin, except unfortunately for him, his life is about to get even more uncertain… When Hye-sung gets sick, a quick trip to the doctor results in a life-changing surprise for them both. Non-con and Dub-con are standard in this webtoon in general, no matter which couple you see, so I won't beat the dead horse more than I have to.
